The play is about a Norwegian mother-daughter relationship in collision with Iraqi attitudes. / Life has just been premiered as Nora in A Doll's House. She is happily living with Aaron, who is from Iraq. She has a daughter of 16 years, Maria, from a previous marriage. The daughter has a boyfriend named Christian. Aaron has an old acquaintance from Iraq, named Hussein and taxi driver with a large family. He acts as both a lifesaver and comic relief. / The conflict in the play occurs as Aaron gets to know Mary. He helps her in a difficult situation and discovers that the relationship between mother and daughter collide with the attitudes he was raised by. / The play was at the initiative of Intercultural Museum in 2005. Intention was to get writers with different cultural backgrounds to cooperate with Norwegian playwrights. Henrik Ibsen should be inspirational. / The play was first performed at the Theatre Innvik under TWIST08 festival.
