| Description | Inspired by Norwegian fairy tales, Henrik Ibsen tells the story of the dream-traveling braggart Peer Gynt. On a restless journey through a fantastic world, he falls from the peaks of success into deep poverty, is a fantasist, a persecuted person, an emperor and finally a desperate person in search of meaning. At the end of his path full of trolls and demons, after adventures in Morocco and America, Peer, the "Nordic Faust", asks the all-encompassing questions about the meaning of life and also about happiness, which may have been waiting for him for a long time... |
