| Description | A visionary German theater director, Thomas Ostermeier is becoming world-famous for his stunning, often visceral productions, which quickly earned him the reputation of an iconoclastic, "enfant terrible" artist. His shows, staged both at the Schaubühne Berlin (of which he has been artistic director for over 20 years), but also on important stages around the world, have become landmarks of contemporary theater.
