| Description | The Delirio Teatro company presents the play, Talking about Nora , a reinterpretation of “ A Doll's House ” by Henrik Ibsen , combined with “ What Happened to Nora When She Left Her Husband ” by Elfriede Jelinek for a short season at the Teatro El Milagro.
In this regard, director Gilberto Guerrero Vázquez explains, “ It is not a rehearsal in the traditional sense of an unfinished staging, but a profound reinterpretation, through a critical and contemporary reading of A Doll's House, by Henrik Ibsen .”
He adds: “ In Hablar de Nora we appropriate one of the most representative works of the father of realism, without the intention of eclipsing its essence, but rather of bringing it closer to our time, exploring its relevance and resonance in the 21st century .” |
