Event Peer Gynt
Print | Go to Admin
DescriptionPeer Gynt tells the story of a lying and dreamy young man, detestable and endearing. After being kicked out of the society in which he lived, after having abandoned the loved one, he goes in search of himself on an initiatory journey around the world... This folkloric, fantastic and epic fable will lead the public to the borders of Norway and the Sahara, passing through the world of madness and that of trolls. The presence of the orchestral music, composed for Grieg's play, magnifies this philosophical quest where the most vulgar, magical, romantic, strange, crazy and human characters meet.
